RETURN POLICY

Full priced items may be exchanged. If there is a problem with size or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform me (hellolalo@gmail.com) as quickly as possible, preferably no later than three days. The returned article must arrive unworn and unused to my studio within 10 days from the day you received it. 

Sale items are non-refundable. I encourage you to contact me with questions about sizes and fits before ordering sale items.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number. 

Custom orders and Art/Craft Show Purchases are final sale.
